I Help Companies Change Their Business Model.

For over 30 years I have worked in animal genetic and data companies as Chief Executive or non executive director. The companies I worked for all had one thing in common: In order to survive they had to embrace new technology and change their business models.

Now the time has come to share my experience and knowledge in helping boards, executives and companies to merge new biotechnology tools as well as new (big) data technology with existing structures thus creating new products, services and new business models to be 21 century proof.

Turn around of a 10 year loss making multi species genetics company into the star performer of stock listed Nutreco.

6 Years 100 million sales

Cooperative role

CRV Royal Cooperative

Facilitated the cross border merger of the original Belgium and Dutch cooperative owners into 1 new cooperative. Gave new purpose to the new cooperative based on data collection as corner stone for genetic development

13 Years 25.000 members

Governance and bridge building

Co-founder of data sharing platforms JoinData and EuroGenomics. Facilitated the start of djustconnect. Held numerous non executive board seats amongst which: Aquagen, JoinData, EuroGenomics and more recently as chairman of the advisory board of FarmTrace
